「Charming house with great location. Very clean with friendly staff. Had three issues with our stay: 1. Sound isolation is problematic, especially for light sleepers.」

「The property is well located, you are in walking diatance of the Plaza. Very beautyfull surrondings and eatery. The only thing rhe AC in the room is to load. The only reason i would not stay again is because of the noise of the AC.」

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza. The room was excellent—very clean, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was functional and well maintained, making my stay both relaxing and convenient. The hotel has a contemporary feel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. 「Arrived at the location and instantly felt bad vibes from the gentleman at the front desk. He had an attitude and seemed uninterested in his job. He told me that he was just there to check me and not answer questions as far as what time the pool closed. Finally, made it to my room and as soon as I laid across the bed I found a bug.」

「The building and rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. The security for floor 3 and 4 was nice. Only being able to access those floors by assigned room only.」

The manager was not on site but communicated with us directly. We decided to check out of the hotel and find another one close by. The hotel refunded us for our stay.」
