A separate room on this level accommodates 1 double bed measuring 160 cm, and a steep staircase leads further up to an open gallery where a second double bed, also measuring 160 cm, is available. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC combined. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
