“Everything was good. Beds were clean and looked new. Just wish the fridge wasn’t in the bathroom area and on some small stand. I hit my toes a few times because the fridge sat on floor and judging where it opens you better patient (lol). It’s a preference thing. It would have been better between tv and desk. Also a minor thing the shower handle wouldn’t let us change temp of water. But overall - I did enjoy this hotel & location. I would stay here again and recommend it. Oh and wish it had a……

“I have yet to speak to the owner due to the same woman being present since checking in. I booked and paid for my room when I arrived and gave her my information to pull up my reservation ,as I’ve done several times through out the years, I was told I just made a reservation which was false because I paid online including the protection fee. She then told me to pay / insert my card to pay AGAIN! SHE THEN TOLD ME IT DIDNT WORK, mind you the screen in front of me was blank so I couldn’t even verify……

“Good location, the room was large and the restaurant attached was very good.”

“One chair in a room with 2 queen beds. Where are the other people booked in the room supposed to sit when they aren't sleeping? VERY noisy from highway noise as we were assigned a room on that side of the building. I know the hotel is apparently "under renovation" but just about everything was run down, poorly designed, or simply in bad shape. This includes the front walkway falling apart, landscaping that is just trashy, shower door should be on the opposite end of the shower so……

“Good place for a night. Large room and comfortable bed. Several choices at breakfast. ”

“Very nice stay. Easy access from highway, great little local bar/restaurant very close! Room was nice, clean, cool and bedding was fresh and comfortable. TV was hit and miss, remote didn't always want to work and some of the channels wouldn't come in clear, others were perfect, weird. WiFi was spotty, phones worked but IPads etc wouldn't connect. Overall a 5 0f 5.”

“We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone. ”

“Room a was great, air worked well. Breakfast wasn’t great but otherwise a great stay. ”

“If you want to get sleep, don’t stay here. Walls are thin. Had a couple in the next room with the TV on all night and at 530am their dogs started barking. When telling the front desk all they said was “we will let the manager know.” For over 200 a night not worth it. ”

“Deposit had to be requested back or you didn’t get it. Rooms were loud and very old. Curtains didn’t completely shut. Noticeable dust in various places.”

“IT WAS A GOOD STAY”

“The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again.……
