“My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it.”

“We are return customers to this hotel and there is a reason for that. Greg and Tena provide a pleasant place to vacation. The price is reasonable, the pools/spa are very nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I have been coming to the Wisconsin Dells since 1975 and i still enjoy the old school feel of the mom and pop resort. Thank yoh again for a wonderful stay!”

“Nice location. Beautiful hotel. Staff at the pool took the job a little too seriously and did not feel I could enjoy my time at the pool. My teens got yelled at for going in the shallow pool with their little brother and they didn’t yell at another guest with their child.”

“The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This……

“Decent enough hotel. Property was a bit run down in the landscaping but the room looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was very basic with cereal, juice, and some biscuits/gravy.”

“The shower was broken above the shower head and drenched the entire bathroom.”

“We had reservations set up thru Expedia. We got there and there was a sign on the door ALL ROOMS BOOKED! I called the number on the email confirmation receipt and got voicemail. "Please leave a number and I will call you back." I called at 5p to check on reservations. I called 4 times at 7p when we got there. Finally the voicemail box was full. The front door was locked and no one at the desk. Checkin per the email was from 3p-9p. We finally had to leave because our vehicle and trailer was……

“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“Halls and elevators smelt like human waste. The elevators broke at the start of our stay staff didnt care and disnt repair. I have 4 kids and was on the top floor. They offered no assistance to me in checking out and having to carry all the luggage and kids down. I have asthma. It was very difficult for me. They were rude about it when I asked for assistance. There was no working wifi. 2 pools closed. The 1 open pool was barely open. Had mold, cracked slides, broken slides, discolored water.……

“Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Yes there’s not a huge waterpark but enough to keep small kids happy while the adults enjoy the grounds and live music.”
