Excellent modern small hotel, very secure and clean. Pity they were not clear about online check-in enabling late arrival, otherwise I would have stayed here for my full trip to the area. Right at the train station but with modern glazing, did not hear a train once. Very friendly staff

Simple Eficiency

I needed a hotel room for one night, I had no other requirement but a roof over my head. This hotel perfectly served this purpose. It was a bit weird that the reception, check in & out and breakfast are located in another building but in all fairness it really does not matter when one just wants to have a good night sleep. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was pristine clean, equipped with all basic necessities. I loved the floor heating in the bathroom. If I could advise to change anything I would say a better, clearer explanation of the the reception location -maybe a map??, not just the address- would be a great help. The other thing is the pillow. I have never had to sleep on such a soft something, it did not hold my head at all.

Schöne Zimmer, Frühstück + Check-In waren unklar

Lage: top und fußläufig vom Bahnhof Rotkreuz erreichbar. Zimmer: modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, entsprach den Bildern, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln + Tee vorhanden, leider nur winzige Dusche mit Vorhang, der einem ständig an der Haut klebt. Die Bahnlinie hört man natürlich nachts, aber das fand ich OK. Frühstück: An sich sehr gut, dazu muss man aber ins 200m entfernten Partnerhotel, dazu hätte ich gerne vorab (oder spätestens im Haus selbst) eine Info bekommen. Checkin: Im Haus keine Rezeption, die des Partnerhotels 200m weiter ist nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt. Das "Self-Checkin" war verwirrend, denn man benötigt einen Türcode, um überhaupt reinzukommen (wo man dann seinen Zimmerkarte/schlüssel, WLAN-Zugang und ein Meldeformular vorfindet), dieser wurde mir aber vorab nicht geschickt trotz 2 Nachfragen, am Ende hat sich ein Support-Mitarbeiter von hotels.com gekümmert.

Nihct alle Kommentare zu diesem Hotel waren super.Ja die Betten sind tief, ja vielelicht ein bisschen durchgelegen, aber das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig und zum schlafen wars perfekt. Also sicher kein 5 Star superior - aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist echt Ok.

Good, uncomplicated stay

Great value for money or Switzerland and especially Kanton Zug, simple hotel with all you need for your business stay. No frills but does the job. Self check-in without problems, check out in a neighboring partner hotel, 2 minute walk. Only minus from my side - no drinking water in the room, had to visit the bar downstairs to get sth to drink and could not pay by card. Plus for pleasant bedsheets and coffee machine in the room.

Great snooze! Comfy beds!

Amazing sleep! The beds are to die for! If you’re looking for a great sleep this place is amazing. The only downside is the check in and out is not in the building. But the restaurant in the check in hotel is fabulous! Best food I had in Switzerland.

Hotel molto carino, comodo per raggiungere Lucerna o Zug. Camere moderne pulite, nel week end è molto tranquillo perché il pub all ingresso è chiuso quindi ci sono solo gli ospiti dell hotel, non c’è reception, per iceck in/ out bisogna recarsi presso il vicino Apart Hotel. I parcheggi vicino all’hotel sono molto costosi e H24..... conviene fare qualche centinaio di metri e lasciare l auto al parcheggio coperto di fronte alla stazione, si paga fino alle 19.00 del venerdì pi è free

There were NO reading lamps, NO desk lamp. Illumination in the bathroom was not enough to put on any makeup at all. Staff was not properly informed as to wifi code, nor was it easily visible in the room. In order for a second person to get into the double bed, they had to climb over the first, thus making trips to the bathroom during the night a bit difficult.
