「The host was very communicative. We had an issue with our AC when we arrived but he was on it immediately & had a tech over the next morning. As stated the parking is tight, and it being in Chicago it is understood. We were able to park our car on the same street where the house was on but had to wake up at 7am to move it daily as there’s only permit parking under certain hours but the park right up the street has good spaces available on the side of it. Space itself was extremely clean & all...

「This was our second stay at this property. We loved it and had a pleasant experience both times. The host was so kind and accommodating. They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b.」

「Our stay was great! The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to send us an item we left behind after checkout! Communication was excellent and very quick if we had a question. We loved having the garage access so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again in the future. 」

「The apartment was just as described, modern, comfortable, very clean and perfect for two people for our five night stay. Very comfortable bed and we especially appreciated the easy entry lock. Great location. Good communication with property manager but we had zero complaints. We would stay again!」

「We had an incredible stay at this property! The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, making it feel just like a home away from home. The layout is spacious and comfortable, featuring top-notch amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the location was super convenient for getting around the city, and the check-in process was seamless. The hosts were communicative and ensured everything was ready for our arrival. Would absolutely stay here again...

「Nice apartment on inside. Stairs were difficult to maneuver very steep. Does not sleep 7 comfortably. Check in was not communicated in Timely manner」

「Wonderful place and conveniently located!」

「Joan was an excellent host! We didn't have any issues, but Joan responded promptly when we had questions. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was very safe. We were able to walk to several good restaurants during our stay. Would definitely stay here or in another of Joan's properties in the future!」
