Spokane River Park Square Hotels

"PROS: This place has a great location with access to Riverfront Park trails. Front Desk was awesome in helping us when we were delayed a whole day. CONS: I would suggest to pick the view you want because there are some that look into the other buildings. Also- maid service ended up being sporadic."

"Room was great. Checkin was terrible for the second straight time. First time was waiting for my room for an hour, and last wednesday waited for my room for an hour and fifteen minutes. Supposed to get a call when my room was ready and recieved no call, yet when i went up to your staff and asked about the room, it was ready. I'll give your place one more stay and see how it goes. Hopefully better."

"We were shuttled to a different property that was not the Grand. They were apparently overbooked! We did not get a king size bed, we did not get any information about amenities and the in hotel food was not hot and the care was very haphazard. This was a very disappointing experience. They had called and left a message asking us to call in the afternoon but we were out of cell contact. When we arrived we were told about the change. There was no indication of an adjustment just that they were sorry about it. I have not followed up yet with the hotel yet but I will! Not what we expected at all and our first bad experience with Expedia ever!"

"Great location for walking. Walk the falls of the river, the large parks or downtown. Daily free cocktails and food. Nice breakfast included. Very curious and friendly staff. Got the room with a balcony overlooking the river and it was well worth the extra money"

"I wanted to love this hotel because it was so cute, but we had a lot of inconveniences. First of all, our room had a cat pee smell that we could hardly stand. We tried to turn the heat on because the room was very cold, but it had a burning smell, so we left it off. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to watch one channel. We woke up a couple times to people being loud outside our room. We were only there for around 10 hours, so we didn’t complain. The train noise didn’t bother us. The staff was really friendly and I liked chatting with them. "
