“The breakfast has no variety. Microwaved eggs, canned corn beef. Honestly gross. The bagels we fresh. The remote was broke. To the television and the rom was hot, but cooled after the ac ran for several hours. I checked in late after my floght was delayed and the night auditor was not very personable. ”

“Overall, the location can't be beat--wide, sandy beaches with gentle waves, palm trees, less than a mile from Times Square. The staff was attentive--take-out orders were prioritized from their restaurants, service was provided on the beach, loungers/umbrellas set up individually on the beach, whatever you needed someone would take care of it. There are three pools and free bike rentals, as well. The food was okay, but not spectacular, and we had some challenges communicating our wishes to……

“This place was a hidden gem. The rooms were nice and spacious, very clean. The property around the rooms is very unique, paths to pretty sitting spots, I watched fish jump as I sat by the canal. The pool was also very clean and I enjoyed it for a few hours but could have stayed longer had I had the time. 10-10”

“We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence……

“Great tiny house! Clean & comfortable. Great outside area too. Only thing I would add is hooks to hang things on like towels and clothes. An extra mirror somewhere too would be helpful. Communication with the host was prompt.”
