Great stay and the staff was the highlight of the stay. Very helpful and responsive and responsible. I had lost something thinking I had left it at the hotel; they followed up even when the answer was they had not found it (it was in the car, so I found it). Check out mugs on main down the street.

Danielle at reception was excellent!! She was able to get access to our room 30 min early so we could get to a wedding. The room was very nice and clean and parking is right behind the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thank you for an excellent stay. I love the suite! Living room is cozy, the shower is strong and good temperature, the king size bed was so easy to sink into, and the kitchenette offers everything you need to stock up on goods. Plenty of parking, and even offers EV charging. The location is right on the main road, so many restaurants, bars, and shops are in walkable distance.

The rooms are huge and modern, yet warm and comfortable. The front desk staff is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could need and more. Very Enjoyable stay!!

The stay was great, easy check in and check out, very clean. My only complaint is the drinks at the bar are wildly expensive. After that, we had a perfect stay.

Everyone we encountered were extremely personable and helpful. They were very friendly and truly made our stay. Quick checkin and out. The property is very modern, quiet and clean. Great location. We will definitely stay again! Next time longer :)

I proposed to my fiancé in the best suite they had and it was amazing. The rooms are very clean bathrooms amazing the beds are so comfortable and just the overall feel is very homely. Amazing experience would recommend to anybody and everybody!! GREAT HOTEL!!!

We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. I slept really well in the main bed. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was simple but well done.

I had the privilege of staying at The Preston House Hotel again this past weekend. From the moment of check in, the friendly/polite/engaging front desk, to the spotless room, warm, pleasant, CLEAN, modern, comfortable to the continental breakfast, (which was kept immaculate) and the front desk manager coming over to us to make certain everything was fine.....A wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back again..and I will.

Loved the cleanliness of our room and bathroom! We were really excited about being 8 to 10 minutes from a bunch of Vineyards in the area!! Definitely a plus! I had flowers delivered to the hotel the day of our stay. The staff placed the flowers in our room, which was a huge plus and a great surprise for my partner!! We will be back soon!! Thank you!

This was our first time traveling to Long Island. We try to find unique places to stay on our trips and the Preston House and Hotel did not disappoint. Christian greeted us upon arrival and was so attentive. Our room was incredible, the little touches like the still water and fresh ice were definitely appreciated. We also had the biggest shower either of had ever seen! We liked it so much, we decided to stay another night and Susan was incredible in taking care of our needs. The restaurant and staff were both amazing. The food was excellent as was the service. Definitely a five star stay!

As we walked into the hotel, it felt like coming home. We were greeted warmly by the manager and assistant manager. Professionally and Friendly. The room itself, as ALWAYS, was spotless and inviting with lovely music playing. Clean, warm, modern, upscale and inviting. Truly a sanctuary with a stunning modern bathroom and bed linens making you feel like the epitome of luxury. We dined in the restaurant attached; also a wonderful experience. Aside from delicious food, the waitstaff and manager are so personable, making it a wonderful experience. In the morning, the breakfast in the lobby, was wonderful, simple but elegant. As I drank my coffee, I enjoyed my conversation with Antonio the manager, who feels like an old friend. An experience that should not be missed.

Was greeted by Christian, it was a smooth, friendly and easy check in. Hotel is super clean, super modern and in a great location. Breakfast was good. Yogurt, really good croissants, coffee, pastries, cereal, very nice selection and also fresh fruit and juices. Bed was comfortable and i wish i stayed longer to check out the bar and restaurant. Easy breezy check out with another great staff member that i didnt catch her name. Looking forward to booking this place again.
