"Very good hotel and staff."

"The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if that is important, you should ask before booking. It didn't bother us. The property is not conducive to walking around Asheville, but the location was otherwise convenient. Finally, we don't usually opt for "breakfast" other than coffee, or maybe some fruit, yogurt or a muffin, but it is available and the food looked to be fresh and of good quality. Overall, we felt it was a great value for the money."

"Beautiful property with a fantastic staff. Mountain view from the room. Even came with a white noise machine in case of traffic sounds. The breakfast spread was delicious and cafe attendants made it so easy. Room was clean as well as the property. Within walking distance of the concert we were attending. Would DEFINITELY book here again!!"
