“When we arrive the room wasn’t clean and the worst part was when we went to the pool with my grandchild the fence was open and many people came from outside they have a party and we’re drank I can’t understand how people that wasn’t a guest for the hotel can go like free inside to the pool !! So we can use the pool and I paid for been there !”

“The working attitude of the room service staff is very good！
But the tenants next door were too noisy, and someone was talking on the phone in the corridor all night long!
It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep the whole night!
I won't be able to come back to this hotel next time because it seriously affected my sleep!”
