"This is a three star hotel that should be a best, a two star. On the surface it seems to have all the bells and whistles, however the general feel is that is is old and tired, and needs a really good scrub. Carpets that have seen better days, dust on air vents. The breakfast amenity is overpriced (pay per item( pre packaged gas station type food like breakfast sandwiches, juices and yogurt, seems not very popular with guests. Pros, the area we had our room was very quiet."

"From the outside the building is lovely. The reception staff change shifts often, so some were friendly and helpful, others were more preoccupied. Our room was mostly clean. There was some dust on the table and some of the lamps were not working. It had two airconditioners but one was too loud to use. Some of the towels were fraying and my mattress squeezed loudly."

"I guess the hotel can’t determine what your neighbor will be like , but we had the most obnoxiously loud neighbor the whole stay. The walls seem to be paper thin, so it was like her screeching voice and blaring tv was in our room. We paid for a more expensive room in the Captain’s Quarters, so this was really disappointing for us. The staff was helpful once we requested help in this matter. The pool staff was outstanding and all the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay."
