"Well our 1 bedroom suite was pretty awesome, and the housekeeping staff were excellent. There was a lot of dust around the grounds that didn't seem to get cleaned up over the 8 days we were there, and it took me an hour to clean off our patio furniture one day, which wasn't the best use of my time on our vacation. The reason, however, that I've given the property four stars instead of five is that the elevator was out of order for 4 of the 8 days we were there. Sam at the front desk is...

"The resort is huge. The room we booked was great, had a nice comfortable bed, 2 showers. The resort has plenty of things to do ( golfing, tennis, swimming, etc) it was centrally located for shopping, restaurants, etc. we had a very good time there! "

"I imagine that the concept for this resort is "upscale motel". Honestly, that's what it is. Taking the old motel concept, giving it a huge make over, re-marketing it as a resort. The grounds are like a sprawling campus. Buildings beyond walking distance from the main lobby and pool, restaurant etc. There are other pools available to each block of rooms. They do a nice job of picking you up in a cart if you want a ride. The grounds were clean, attractive, and well kept. Rooms are clean and...

"Everything was good except they charged $10 for parking. Their parking lot was huge and not even a third full. Can’t remember that charge being disclosed. This is just padding profit. "
