"I know most people come on here to complain. There were always plenty of towels. The room was clean. My biggest complaint is that hotel guests didn’t have spa priority. The lone palm bar needed more staff for the holiday weekend and the lady working there could have had a better attitude. Maybe she needed a change in latitude? Overall we will be back! "

"La Quinta is a beautiful hotel on the exterior, and set in a quiet residential anrea. Unfortunately, the rooms were in drastic need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. I did appreciate the Mexican tile in the baths, but they probably had not been renovated in Many years. The food was excellent and there were a number of options. "The resort is huge. The room we booked was great, had a nice comfortable bed, 2 showers. The resort has plenty of things to do ( golfing, tennis, swimming, etc) it was centrally located for shopping, restaurants, etc. we had a very good time there! "

"The host cancelled my stay 30 mins before check in. Said they had a medical emergency which happens. Still inconvenient that there was not a backup plan or any attempt to help us find another place. I’ve been a host before and have had instances where I need to cancel last minute and I always did everything possible to help the guest. Luckily we found a hotel last minute although it was more expensive"

"Property was great - just as advertised. The villa was great for our visit to Plam Desert, primarily to watch the tennis tournament. Property owner was easy to work with. The Westin is a great location and the grounds are very nice. We would rent here again."
