"I’m so grateful I found this hotel, for a 4-nite stay during a golf tournament. Breakfast was really fresh, good choices, even a good latte machine! Room was nice, tv great, big comfy bed and sheets, easy parking, good location. Highly recommend!! Way better than any other “budget” hotel!"

"The hotel is what it is. Not fancy, a bit run down, but clean. Shower/tub is way past due for an upgrade. No stopper in the bathroom sink. Breakfast was as expected….not great but you can find a couple of things that may interest you. One odd item…outside of our room in the parking lot, there was a young kid who was working on his car. The car was on jack stands and he had the front wheels removed to work on something. He was banging away on his car until about 10pm. He obviously was not staying at the hotel so why was he there?? Kind of annoying."

"Room was great. Clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant. Staff very accommodating. Shout out to Todd Jania, and Kaitelynn. Very pleasant and helpful. One drawback. Paying for items from the snack area. No separate area for paying or charging to room. Have to pay at front desk so have to sometimes wait for someone checking in or out. Otherwise everything else outstanding. Will definitely be back."

"The photos of this property are so different than what it actually looks like, it makes me wonder if they were altered using AI. Also, it is not actually in Dayton, although hotels.com says it is. While we were checking in, very small black bugs kept landing on my shirt. Once in our room, we experienced an overwhelming smell and sensation of damp, stuffy air. It made us feel dirty. When we chose to leave shortly thereafter, we were told we could not get a refund. We left anyway."

"I chose this hotel because of the dependable reputation of Marriott and of the Courtyard brand, and I was not disappointed. The room looked brand new, everything in it worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. I could not ask for more."

"Do not stay here! Health hazard! Absolutely disgusting. Found bed bugs in the room and management completely refused to give me a refund when I brought it to their attention the exact same night. They do not care about health standards or basic customer service. Look somewhere else in the Dayton area if you want a clean, safe place to sleep."
