「very convenient to all downtown 」

「Hotel advertises as pet friendly, but you pay extra $20 and there is NO grass on the property, only parking lot and streets. I asked the front desk lady where my dog was supposed to go potty, she pointed across the street at the Municipal building where there were about 8-10 (homeless) people gathered together. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with that. Strange that they charge extra for pets but don't provide any grass. I ended up going to another hotel. 」

「I liked the air conditioning, the friendliness of the office person. I did not like the smell of cigarettes on him or the cigarette smoke. When I arrived he was smoking in the parking lot and when I went to my car later he was smoking in the parking lot.」

「Nice rooms and a great staff. They even have a pool table and you are downtown next to everything」

「The room was a (very) little dated, but, for the price, was great! Clean, too! The free parking and breakfast were added bonuses. I especially loved the bed and pillows. I can’t stand lumpy pillows. It was $100 a night cheaper to stay here versus the Hampton Inn down the street. Probably why the parking lot was almost full when we came back from dinner downtown.」

「Try not to stay at this hotel or you will be bitten by bedbugs. I was lucky to have a moisturizer with me. Because after such a bite, it itches very terribly. I paid $150 for one night in this hotel. After I determined that I had been bitten, it was around 12 a.m. I reported this and my room was changed. But the itching from the bites haunted me all the next day. I hope you will read my message and not stop at this place.」

「We’ve stayed in a lot of different places and this was one of the worst unfortunately. The rooms are very small. 」

「It is a really old hotel that has been recently renovated. There were some really odd things about the hotel. The strangest being that there was a TV but no TV service. There was a note on the nightstand that said you had to bring your own device to stream from. Nothing local even. So no news or weather. This is sort of a standard item. That isn't mentioned in the description. The hotel was OK for the price. 」

「The staff were more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected with plenty of choices. The location was excellent, just a couple blocks from the underground tours, shops, restaurants making it easy to see what was around. The park and riverwalk were just a couple blocks away.」

「This motel is not ready to receive customers. My room had partially completed repairs and the toilet did not function. I had to remove the tank cover and manually operate the float to get the toilet to flush. 」
