“My son and I stayed here for 2 nights to rest up after busy days at the Monaco Grand Prix. It was a terrific decision. The hotel is situated on the very edge of a mountainside looking down over Monaco and along the Mediterranean. The views are spectacular. A great place to take in the scenery is from the gorgeous infiniti pool. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. There is a choice of on-site restaurants with the option to dine outside with a view. Staff are extremely courteous and eager……

“The location is excellent— close to historic center and across the street from the beach. The room was very large with high ceilings and balcony overlooking the sea with cafe table and very comfortable bed. Some days we read books in the garden, shaded from the hot summer sun, easily walking across the street to cool off in the sea. The included breakfast is self-serve and just ok, but not bad at all. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely week and would definitely return.”

“Nice and helpful staff friendly very clean, but parking problems around the area! The room is extremely tight. If you don’t mind just need a bed and a clean shower wouldn’t be a problem at all. But for the price extremely reasonable nice clean middle of everything you need”

“Wij verbleven 6 dagen in hotel l’orangeraie met twee kindjes. Prachtige uitval basis voor de streek te verkennen. Zwembad was een echt pluspunt. Ontbijt uitgebreid en verrukkelijk. Personeel was niet altijd op de hoogte van wat er allemaal te bezien is in de buurt. Echte aanrader!”

“We chose Villa Genesis expecting a relaxing boutique luxury experience in Menton, but unfortunately our stay fell well below expectations. Our arrival began poorly after we walked from the train station with our luggage because we had been told transportation assistance wasn’t available, only to later learn the hotel could have arranged it. After arriving exhausted, hot and dehydrated, we were met not with a warm welcome but with confusion over how we had entered the property. Throughout……

“Good location towards the train station, city centre and the venue of Lemon festival. 20 minutes walk from old town. It is good to go by train. The Tourist Office is next door, so you can get help and buy tickets easily. The hotel is a 3 star hotel (with no restaurant of its own, so eat your breakfast somewhere else). The staff can provide some excellent advise on where to find good restaurants in the area. Don't miss the Lemon tart there.”
