「The rooms were not very clean—the bed sheets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I reported this to the staff, but they did not offer to change them. While the staff was friendly, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Additionally, one of the bathroom doors in the room was falling off, which was concerning. 「Hotel and Staff were excellent. The only reason I gave them a 4 star for the parking was because the parking is offsite in a lot which is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel that caught me by surprise. The hotel has listed onsite parking which is not accurate. They do have parking but it’s offsite. Not a big deal for me where I wouldn’t return, I just feel that can be described more accurately.」
