“Checking in was fine. Room was very clean and reasonably well equipped. Coffee maker (Keurig) did not work. Bed was comfortable. One negative factor, for us, was the lack of elevators to the second floor. We are in our mid-seventies, and hauling our three suitcases up the flight of stairs was difficult. Next time, we will request a ground floor room. The included breakfast was just about adequate, the sausages were dry and cool, no bacon, scrambled eggs were cool (this was at 7:30am). Good……

“We arrived early evening and could not get in reception. I eventually got hold of the manager via landline. He told me the property had not been taking guests for nearly 2 years How could Hotels.com still be taking bookings for this place and even sending me reminders up to the date we arrived ”
