Hotel was clean, there was construction nearby which was bit annoying. Overall it’s okey. The breaker they have 3 options which will be served in your room. Guy was small but clean, pool was closed don’t know the reason.

The lobby was very nice and spacious, with a nice coffee shop connected to it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got a “city view” room, because many hotels I have stayed at in Saudi Arabia have “wall view”, the windows only open to a wall on the other side. So, I was excited to actually have a city view. I opened the curtains, and the city view window was blocked by a big piece of metal that they had installed over the exterior of the window. It would have been a great view, but for some reason the “city view” rooms have the windows blocked from the outside.

Hot water problem always

I always find this hotel is good but lately i have hot water problem twice in different stay. Don’t recommend for long stay.

Good hotel, untrained staff

The hotel is good. However, my room balcony was damaged and so i felt as if i was litraly sleeping on the highway side curb! Callwd in the recieption and they sent some one to see the issue, he was a bell boy! So he basically closed the “curtein” and them told me nothing can be done. Called back the recieption, and they said if i am staying for another night then tbey will change my room! However for the night I have to suffer as if they are giving me the room for free! Other thing is that they dont have enough towels at the towels. I checked in and they had just one at the room, even though we were two persons. Called in the recieption and they said they dont havr towels and so i would have to wait. 3 hours later still no towels
