Svp enlevez cet hôtel de votre liste ! Alors dans l'ordre faux plafond devant l'entrée de l'hôtel arraché avec fils électriques qui pendent, hotel vieux et désuet, information dans l'ascenseur de la présence d'un restaurant au 14e étage qui n'existe pas. Ascenseur eux-mêmes qui sont bugnés dans tous les sens à l'intérieur. Chambre salle tâche partout papier peint déchiré appel en absence sur le téléphone datant de 2015 (aux petites choses on voit les grandes) pas de pommeau de douche amovible dans la douche, douche dans laquelle j'ai retrouvé un morceau de verre cassé. La télé dans le lobby de la chambre ne marche pas la climatisation directement sur notre visage chambre mal isolée de la chaleur extérieure. Service de nettoyage incompétent à qui on a demandé tous les jours de ramener trois serviettes dans la chambre et pas deux car nous avons fait une réservation pour 3 personnes. Service de nettoyage qui oublié soit le papier toilette soit la serviette pour le sol soit les mouchoirs soit les savons bref toujours quelque chose. Le service Laundry, si vous ne réclamez pas il ne vous le redonne pas. La salle de sport devrait être tout simplement fermée car elle n'est jamais nettoyée les appareils ont au moins 30 ans d'âge la moitié sont cassés et la salle de sport elle-même est exposé sous un dôme de verre parfait a Riyadh en plein été par 45 degrés. Point positif, petit déjeuner correct et personnel à l'accueil aimable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n'y reviendrai jamai

A tomar en cuenta: El lavado está en la ducha, y no hay cortina ni nada, con lo cual se moja todo. El suelo y puede ser un peligro para resbalarse. No funcionaba la calefacción y al arreglarlo, dejaron polvo y suciedad por toda la cama. Los de la limpieza no habían venido, tuve que ir a recepción (el teléfono no daba línea) y pedirlo. No hay nada alrededor del hotel. Es una zona en obras, con sus ruidos y golpes, y martillazos que con lleva. No hay ni cafetería, ni tienda, ni nada. Los enchufes no funcionaban para cargar los dispositivos (se necesita adaptador tipo Reino Unido).

The property is ok, however, we had many problems with a lack of hot water, lack of towels, lack of tissue, etc. The noise and construction around the property is horrible.

There is a lot of construction going on around the property at the moment. Jack hammer sounds from right before 7am till around 7-7:30pm. Forget sleeping after 7 am and don’t expect being able to do any work or entertain a call before 7:30pm. Smoking by guests in the hallways and the smell goes into your room (even though there are no smoking signs in the room). You can literally hear anyone in the hallway that’s talking as they get off the elevator. Closet wouldn’t open properly. Bathroom toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl. Requested water and was told it’s on the way but never came. Ended up tipping a housekeeping staff to give me some bottles. Housekeeping is tending to rooms till around 7pm (but it’s not a big hotel). No business center or place to do any work and the desk in the room could be improved. Generally, the level of the guests leaves more to be desired at the price range of this hotel. There are better options that are quieter with better amenities in other parts of the city at the same price point. Aside from all that, the hotel does have some redeeming qualities. The breakfast isn’t that bad (although the coffee is terrible). And they have warm water and a functioning mini fridge (trying to find something positive here). Overall, would not be surprised if they undergo massive renovation after all the construction around them is completed.

Surrounding the property is a lot of construction I could not sleep. I had to call the police for them to stop. Also the AC fan was so noisy.

Couch, carpet, and curtains are stained. Staff did not not respond to room safety concern or house keeping request for days after reporting. Shouting and door slamming from adjacent rooms can be heard all through the night. Emergency stair wells are used for storing extra pillows, blankets, and other equipment. This makes the stairs unusable, and a potential safety hazard. There’s ongoing construction around the hotel, which can be heard throughout the day.

Understandably construction work was being done in order to make this hotel more appealing for tourists, however, all pictures showed work was complete and amenities such as swimming pool and jacuzzi were ready to use, however, they were not. Air conditioning units were very loud and airflow was directed towards faces. Gym equipment was not as described on website or expedia, and was comprised of 3 simple weight discs and a small set of dumbells.
