“We enjoyed the condo very much on SML for 4 nights over the July 4th holiday. The condo is updated, nicely decorated, and had plenty of supplies. We spent most of our time outside on the lower deck which had a nice table, chairs, fan, and a side shade you could use to block the sun from the side. We used the outdoor grill which was nice to have especially for hamburgers. We did not use the pool but is very nice amenity. I had brought floats and rented a Seadoo for a few days so we spent a lot……

“This house checks all the boxes…comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of hot water for showers for all, very clean, all the amenities plus extras providing swimming towels, shampoos & conditioners in baths, a lovely welcoming bag of goodies, and beautiful decor throughout the home. I can’t say enough great things about this house and we look forward to going back!”

All the little touches, the awesome tub the kitchen and laundry accommodations, the firepit and surrounding woods made for the perfect ovenight getaway as I traveled south.***Highly recommend*** for any woodsy person and nature artist, such as myself.Love, love, loved it!!! Thank You Tyler!!!”

“I can’t recommend this stay enough!! My family and I had THE BEST time! The yurt was such an amazing change of pace for us, but offered EVERY modern convenience- including AC. The attention to detail was awesome. We loved everything from the central skylight to the art centers and great libraries. The icing on the cake was a little evening thunderstorm that made the most comforting sound in the roof. We will DEFINITELY come back!”

“This place is so unique! We travelled here with our hunting dogs and let them explore. ”

“James was great to work with and we were very pleased with the cottage”

“Beautiful home with great views - our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, plenty of space, and it looked better than the pictures from the listing. The garage is a great perk too. Home is surrounded by so much wildlife and beautiful fruit bushes and trees. Front porch sunsets are amazing! The only issue we had was at checkout, the cleaning crew came early while we were finishing packing up, and said checkout time was 10am, even though the listing and email confirmed 10:30am.……

“This cute little house worked perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine, laundry was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Maybe less full pillows, but otherwise great. Modern and clean! Loved the photo of the dog in Lane Stadium! Close to restaurants, grocery, theater, and Virginia Tech!”
