"We had a wonderful stay. The boys enjoyed learning about bass fishing from Billy Kohls. Great hikes nearby. Hot tub was fantastic after the cold days. Wonderful fenced in backyard for our pups. "A perfect lake retreat for a larger group. Excellent location on Smith Mountain Lake, including dock, paddle boards, heated pool & hot tub. The beds are the most comfortable sleeping mattresses I have ever slept on while traveling. The home is beautiful and the views amazing. Close to shopping, wineries and restaurants. Definitely is a true vacation."

"This home was wonderfully equipped, as a matter of fact they had nice bonuses such as soap, TP, shampoo available so you didn't need anything right away. The only drawback is if you have an issue with stairs. It is 90 stairs to the water. Very safe stairs so I used it as exercise but if you struggle with using stairs this may not be your place. The view is amazing and the home is very confortable"

"Access for the lake was not good. Would have appreciated steps or, walkway or a railing. My husband is in heart failure an he only got to get in the boat once. Because of the climb. Because we could not use the awning it would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table. The house was beautiful, however it would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. There were no dishcloth to wash dishes as the rack in the dishwasher is broken. No trash bags. Hand soap in only the downstairs...

"This was a last minute booking. One snafu with Vacasa with them not being able to verify my ID via DL but with a quick phone call that was corrected. The home itself is nice and has plenty of space and amenities. The decibel reader is a little off-putting but I understand with VA laws being the way they are. Overall, it was a nice stay."

This home offered a slew of activities for all to enjoy - the hot tub, the paddleboards, and the pool table. Huge Great Room on entry level, plus D/R, Eat-in Kitchen, Office, Laundry Rm, and Primary Suite. 3 more B/R's up. Downstairs had a 2nd Kitchen, and a huge TV, perfect for the guys. 3 more B/R's.
