“If you are looking for the absolute best place to stay in Roatan, look no further than Mr. Tucan. From the moment we arrived for check-in until the second we headed out after check-out, we were blown away by the service. I truly cannot say it enough: this is the friendliest staff around. They handle everything in between with such genuine care that you feel like family by the end of your stay.

“Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now.
It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat.
$60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. Breakfast was previously included and there was no resort fee or it was in the daily room rate. No more free shuttle to and from Airport. It’s now $55 each way.

“The brekfast selection is just OK not great, there should have been a few more options. But the staff was super helpful and attentative. The showers don't have a shelf for shampoo or soap so you have to put everything on the floor inside the shower. I had the large villa and the cooking utensils were not suffcient for 6 people, only 5 sets of silverware and one small frying pan and small pot. No coffee maker in the room. ”
