Home in Paradise with Walking Distance to Great Restaurants

We had a perfect, magical stay at the South House! Such a beautiful property with great amenities for our family! Kids loved the swimming pool, parents enjoyed the late afternoon beverages and wind coming off the ocean while seeing a beautiful sunset over the water!

An Amazing Stay at Vivaro Roatan

Great Week in Roatan

Vivaro South House was perfect for our group! The house was gorgeous and Matt was very helpful at lining up different activities for us. The location was also amazing- 5 minute walk to West End restaurants and shops- couldn’t be better! Would love to return someday!

Perfection in paradise!

This is our third time visiting Vivaro, and it’s perfection every time. Amazing house with everything you need, walking distance to the West End, and a wonderful host who will help you with rides, reservations, activities — you name it. All you have to do is book your flight and then show up ready to enjoy it all. There’s a reason we keep coming back — and you should too. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful house!

House was beautiful with a nice view and it’s also in a great spot! It was a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants! Everyone from Vivaro was very attentive and made sure we were always good, highly recommend staying here!

Amazing

Absolutely beautiful property, right on the water and easy walk into the heart of West End. It’s a little bit ill advised to go in the water right in front of the house due to some jagged rocks, but West End bay is just short walk away for a swim. Other than this, pool is immaculate, decks great for relaxing, great kitchen for cooking, and the staff friendly and helpful. Home fit our family of 6 no problem. We highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home is perfect! From the moment you walk in the open front door to the breathtaking views out the open back door it will take your breath away. The house is clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool is amazing and the location of the house is perfect for doing all that Roatan offers! You will be a walk away from the beach, restaurants and local grocery stores. The ocean breeze will keep you comfortable both day and night. There is nothing better than falling asleep while listening to the waves of the ocean!

Vivaro West End

The house is perfect and the staff are fantastic. If we had questions or needed anything the staff made all the arrangements and took great care of us. The pool and view are amazing, perfect for unwinding after a long day diving. Everything in West End is a casual stroll away. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Breathtaking

We just got back from our 1st trip to Roatan. It is Paradise! We stayed in the Southhouse at Vivaro Roatan and when I tell you its better in person than in the pictures. When you arrive and walk in your taken back. It has everything you need great staff, best part in walking distance to everything. We felt safe we walked at night so quiet and peaceful. Thank you Vivaro we will be back!

Definitely as advertised. Everything is first rate, from the people, to the property, to the proximity to town. Will be back for sure. One of the nicest places i have ever stayed. Fantastic place with an amazing view of the sunset every night!

Vivaro Roatan is fantastic in every sense of the word! We stayed at the South House for about a week. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is huge! Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen living area has enormous vaulted ceilings and opens up fully to the outside...with and option to close it. It's all the space you'll ever need and we were a family of 7...3 adults and 4 kids. One of the best parts is that it's a 5-10 min walk into town(West End) where all the restaurants/bars, beach and dive shops are. Matt, who was managing the property was very helpful and arranged everything we needed for our trip and was reachable via phone or WhatsApp(which is the app that pretty much everyone on the island uses to communicate, including restaurants and water taxis. We can't wait to go back!

Incredibly beautiful home and views

The photos of this house do not do it justice. The tall ceilings and tons of fans with a good cross breeze and pool made the days perfectly comfortable. We opted for a/c only in our rooms at night and it was nice and chilly and didn't cost us much for energy. Matt was very welcoming and they were open to driving us anywhere on the island. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Spacious paradise

When we first walked in, we were totally blown away by the beauty and expansiveness along with the incredible views! The property was exactly as described in the listing. The manager and owners were super gracious and communicative, very helpful. We felt that we had a ton of privacy and thoroughly enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor areas. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to town. Just a tip: you can rent a scooter right across the street from Hugo. Would highly recommend this gorgeous space!

Piece of Paradise

Everything was ideal about the house and our stay. The view is just beyond. The house itself is gorgeous and modern and oh so comfortable. The hosts are outstanding and the upkeep of the entire property is superb. 5 stars all the way. It better be available though because we are coming back! If you are looking don’t hesitate. A complete home run.

Best experience at Vivaro

What a gem! We never once regretted our selection. Ireland location to West End which allowed us to walk down ever day for our dive trips. Back to enjoy the pool and relax. Love Loretta (2 nights of chef) food delicious especially the lemon pie. Overall - one of our best trips. We appreciate all the attention and communication from Matt and Tanya. We will be back! Thank you again.

Let the Sunshine and Breeze In!

This house is the best of indoor/outdoor living. It opens up to the beautiful oceanside from all levels and has maximum air circulation from the folding doors and the maximum amount of fans both inside and outside to keep the air moving. It really cuts down on the need for the air conditioning. It is ideal for couples and/or multiple adults traveling together since it has two main suites with sliding glass doors and private decks/balconies with great ocean views for both main suites. Both have large private bathrooms. No more fighting over who gets the better room. The location is ideal for walking to great restaurants and shopping. It's a great house for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.

GREAT week at Vivaro South!

We had a wonderful week at the Vivaro South house. It was my family of five, three pre-teen to teen kids. The house was immaculate, Matt and Marty were both great taking care of us. And Tanya the owner communicated very clearly and was very helpful. The views were incredible. The bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen great. Everything was as advertised and we had no complaints. We lost power one night after a big storm and Matt contacted us immediately to let us know the generator was kicking on and making sure we were good (we were!). An A/C unit was running slow one morning- they had it fixed in hours. Finally- just a shout out for the location. Just amazing- we walked into West End multiple times a day and dove daily with Jackson’s Dive Center (which deserves its own write up). In short- I would give this place six stars if possible. We are relatively well traveled and this was our absolute favorite place.

Absolute Perfection

Vivaro West End South House was amazing. The home is beautiful with all the amenities you could want and a view and pool area that cannot be beat. I honestly can't imagine there is a better place to stay on the island. The pictures on the website are perfectly representative of what you will experience. The beds were very comfortable and my entire party all slept great. You get a wonderful breeze that blows through the main living areas when you open up all the doors. The open concept kitchen and living room also makes it fun for everyone to spend time together while preparing meals. It is a short 5-minute walk into West End to great restaurants, bars and beaches. The area feels very safe as well. The owners and property manager were highly communicative before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is cleaned daily for you and housekeeping comes every 2-3 days. I really cannot say enough about how perfect this house and the customer service is. My one caution would be for anyone that has cat allergies. There is a neighborhood cat that has adopted the house that hangs out on the patio often. She is adorable and super sweet. We actually loved having her as an addition to the trip. But if someone in your group had a significant allergy, it might be a problem.

Amazing Location and House for a Week with Friends

The photos perfectly capture the beauty and serenity of Vivaro Roatan West End South House. We loved listening to the gentle waves, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing in the shade. Our meals were enjoyed on the outdoor patio, where the sights and sounds of the water, wildlife, and birds kept us company. It was the idyllic place to spend a fantastic week with friends, and the staff—especially Matt and Tanya—were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Great local restaurants, grocery, and other stores with friendly locals a short 5 minute walk away.

Incredible house and easiest vacation

First, the house/pool are incredible, the pictures don’t begin to do it justice. House is very well maintained and the views from the pool are amazing. Second, they make the stay incredibly easy so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From transportation to activities, they have personnel for everything and will coordinate on your behalf. Stunning views! Great amenities.

This oceanfront home on Roatán was everything we hoped for and more. The views of the Caribbean from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, and the infinity pool was a highlight. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt private, peaceful, and safe the entire time. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing escape with million-dollar views and a perfect pool, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back!
