Avoid. Please read. On the positive, the food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff were attentive. However the quality of the furnishings generally are more suitable for a backpacker environment than a higg end luxury retreat. Expect to be uncomfortable if you don't like hard heavy hand made seats and beds. I could not sleep and when I asked for a remedy, tbey were not prepared to resolve the issue for me immediately, instead suggesting to me it woild be dealt with innthe morning. This despite that I explained clearly that my back was very sore and the issue with the bed needed resolving that evening. Ultimately I checked out early and stayed elsewhere. I addressed all of this with management and their attitude was quite cheeky. No compensation was offered of any kind. I explained that I would likely write a poor review and they did not seem to care. They basically told me to go ahead and do that, rather than offer me some kind of reasonable compensation. So that speaks to their lack of empathy towaards their customers. They are happy to take your money but they don't care about you as a person is the impression I am left with. My advice. Don't stay here. There are many other better options. I enjoyed my stay at infinity even though it was a few dollars more. Go there instead.

Had a short stay at the resort. The place was tidy and fresh. It would have been nice to be advised that there was road work as taxi's could not make it all the way to the front. However, The team was very corteous and accommodating. They assisted with scheduling taxis.

We had an excellent stay here, the property is gorgeous and very well kept. The room was very large and comfortable and the food at the restaurant including free breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. 2-3 min walk to the lovely west bay beach but tucked away and quiet. Would definitely recommmend!

Everyone was so very nice and attentive. The five shop was great. The five masters really paid attention to us. The rooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a resort. This is a great place. We’ll be going back.

The road that the hotel is on is currently under complete construction so in order to get to the beach I had to walk through a construction site with lots of men. They were cat calling me and made me feel very uncomfortable. One day it rained and the entire street where the construction was got followed and I had to walk through disgusting muddy puddles to get to the beach. I’m upset that there was no warning message before I arrived, had I know the conditions on the road where the hotel was located, I would’ve changed hotels. Additionally the manager was extremely rude when I requested assistance booking a shuttle to the airport. Besides that, the actual hotel was fine and the included breakfast was good. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach (if you don’t mind walking through a construction site)

Love this resort! I will definitely return in the future. The staff are professional, kind, and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and hearty. The property grounds were immaculate. The rooms were spacious and clean. There are a few shops right outside the resort. The beach is a short walk. I truly enjoyed my time here!

The staff was truly superb, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were always attentive to my needs. They all knew and called me by name. They really make you feel welcome. I had an incredible stay at Naboo Dive Resort in Roatán. The diving experience was top notch. Tori, Coco, and Manu were outstanding dive masters. They were attentive, highly skilled, and made every dive feel safe and enjoyable. Their passion for the ocean and care for the divers really stood out. It was also a quick and easy walk to the boats, which made getting to each dive smooth and stress free. The hospitality did not stop there. The restaurant and bar staff, Omar, Eduardo, and Marvin, were fantastic. They made every meal and drink feel special, always greeting us with warmth and making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness truly added to the overall experience. The resort itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Between the amazing dive crew, the convenience of the boats, and the outstanding service from the restaurant team, Naboo exceeded all expectations. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Roatán, and I cannot wait to return.
