RTB Chill Time

Is a nice place at great location close to everything from restaurants, shops, groceries & bars. The quiet beachfront property makes it feel like your on your own island. The hosts were very accommodating to the few needs we had. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location

This house was in the perfect location. We loved getting to swim right in front of the house or a short walk to restaurants. The house was perfect for our family and we loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the kids swimming while the little one napped.We were able to use the SUP boards and the kayaks and it was so fun going out on them.We loved our stay.

Best beach location

Best location between west bay and west end beaches. Easily walk to either. Very comfortable to stay in and quiet. Sophia went above and beyond, even taking one of us to a doctor for a sinus infection. Would stay here again and I don't usually say that.

Great location

We enjoyed our time in Roatán. The home was conveniently located. Home had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Nice layout. My family of 5 was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Sophia and John were super helpful and always available when we had questions. Property has been well maintained given its age. Nice quiet location with awesome sunset views. Paddle boards and kayaks were really nice too have access to. Really enjoyed our week here.

Perfect Roatan location

We throughly enjoyed our time in Roatan and felt our condo’s location was exactly perfect! The space was roomy for two couples, kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We loved the quiet beach while being so close to all the restaurants near by. The only negatives were the pool being repaired while we were there and that there are not enough lounge chairs for everyone in our condo much less everyone else in the other buildings.

Roatan delightful!

Great place to stay. Centrally placed between west end and west bay. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Spent majority of time on deck when at the condo. Access to paddle boards, and kayaks. Pool was being redone so not available, but who needs a pool when you walk out your door to the ocean. John was very attentive and responsive. Only thing description says 3 bathrooms, there is only 2. Would stay here again.

Our favorite place to stay on Roatan

We have visited Roatan five times, and stayed at different places in the West End and West Bay. This condo is our favorite because of its great location and amenities. It is on a quiet spot on a sandy beach, but just a short walk along the beach to restaurants and activities on the beautiful West Bay. It has a small pool, perfect to play in with our five-year-old granddaughter. The condo itself is also perfect for us. We appreciate how the host has made it extra convenient, providing things such as plentiful bath and beach towels, and accommodating our arrival and checkout times. Tulio, the on-site caretaker, promptly and cheerfully took care of our needs, like meeting us for late arrival, daily sweeping the beachfront and replenishing the drinking water supply.

Perfect location on wonderful island

Couldn’t ask for a better location on the island. Pool was great and reef was spectacular for snorkeling. Bought whole chopped pineapples with rum of course, every other day for breakfast. Lasted 2 days and the vender launches from the property. Bananarama had best pizza- wood fired ovens, west end short walk down beach. Property managers Sophia and John handled everything and were prompt and helpful. Going back for sure.

Your taken care of

We had a wonderful stay at your property and also great contact and help from property manager Sofia. The place is very well kept, clean, and steps from the ocean. Great spot that is 200 yeards from West Bay Beach, but around the point where it is quiet! Sofia even went above and beyond! We had a serious medical issue with one in our couple. She helped us out! Offered us rides, alternative living quarters were searched for if necessary, met us at the medical center, and helped our trip back to the airport. Our friend would possibly have died as it was that serious. We did get him back to the states and the situation is under control and he is being looked after at the hospital but stable. Great location and responsive hosts

This property is nicely located right on the water near West Bay with stunning sunsets. The layout worked well for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated and used the kayaks and paddleboards. Hosts Sofia and John are very responsive and helpful. Parking is plentiful and easy. We were able to walk to many West Bay restaurants, found the restaurant at Los Rocas next door very convenient and good and were able to easily walk up the beach to the location of Roatan Dive Center. The only negatives of this unit are (1) that the floor in the master bedroom is significantly buckled from water damage and needs to be replaced (making it difficult to close the door and causing some toe stubbing), (2) while there are loads of beach and regular towels, the kitchen is not well stocked for cooking (both in terms of a lack of serving bowls and utensils or spices, etc) and (3) the unit is a bit older and needs some TLC/touch ups. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place in West Bay

We have been coming to West Bay in Roatan for many years. This place was awesome. Quiet location. Yet close to everything. We enjoyed staying here and next time would book again if with our adult kids.

Beach Front Bliss

Beautifully appointed condo with more than everything you need, super comfortable deck seating to enjoy the tropical ambiance and close to all the amenities. Great to be able to kayak or snorkel right from the condo . Loved it!

Great property

This property is as described in the listing. The property owner and property manager are both exceptional. They both took care of us with great care with everything from Covid travel updates, rides to the grocery store and help with exit Covid tests. Highly recommend this property.

Can't beat the location.

Loved our stay! Great place to have your own private beach but still be within walking distance to West Bay Beach. Condo was great and we used the paddle boards almost every day. Only complaint is there were no wash rags or face towels. #notreallyabigdeal. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location, exceptional accommodations, beautifully decorated, very cozy comfortable bedding, quiet AC, upgraded kitchen utensils, safe, and the view is stunning! Exceptional, friendly property manager to assist and make sure your stay is wonderful! The owner arranged communication via What's app and airport pick up, we were treated with such attention and care! Roatan is amazing, and so is this accommodation. Exactly as described

Jack's place was amazing. Steps from the water. Swim right out to the reef. Great dive shop next door. Quiet and feels secluded but a short walk down the beach to West Bay or short drive to West End for activities and restaurants. Jack was very responsive and the property managers John John and Sofia were on top of everything. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Fabulous place, fabulous location

My husband and I stayed at this fabulous condo for a week. We appreciated the easy, quick communication with the owner and their property managers. The location was perfect on a quiet, beautiful section of beach next to undeveloped land, but a few steps to the main west bay beach. The house is high quality with everything one might need. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to return soon!

The property needs some clean utensils. Many have rusty spots. The interior of the coffee pot and the electric water warmer are also rusted. The last two nights of our stay we had to be moved because the place flooded. We want a refund for the last two nights given we had to leave the place. flooded
