Serenity Beach House is a 3,200 square foot private home that sits along its own 100' of white sand beach. All four bedrooms face the ocean and have their own private bathrooms. The master bedrooms on the main level have king beds and 50" flat panel TVs. One bedroom downstairs has a king bed and the second downstairs bedroom as two double beds. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and luxury linens. The bathrooms all have private showers and toilet rooms and are stocked with high-end towels.

The main level has a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Honduran hardwood cabinets and is equipped with stainless steel GE Profile appliances including a large ice maker in the kitchen island, range stove/oven, separate wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large side-by-side refrigerator with French doors. The kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware, knives, plates, glasses, coffee maker, blender, and all the supplies a chef would expect in a top-quality private kitchen.

The family room on the main level has beautiful vaulted hardwood ceilings, a large 8 person dining table, sectional sofa with a 60" flat-panel TV, DVD player, and sound system. The 20' accordion doors in the family room open up to the large deck with stunning views of the reef and breathtaking sunsets.

The downstairs family room has a sleeper sofa, and two comfy chairs to view the 50" flat-panel TV.

There is a large laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor freshwater shower to rinse off after a dive, swim or snorkel.

The large pool sits along the edge of the beach facing the beautiful Roatan reef and the stunning sunsets. The deck is well furnished with an 8 person dining table and umbrella, chaise lounge chairs, and sitting area. There are also chaise lounge chairs and hammocks to enjoy on the beach. No great outdoor living area would be complete without a high-end BBQ. Serenity Beach House comes with 42" commercial grade stainless steel BBQ that is perfect for cooking the "catch of the day."

The entire home is fitted with a water purification system. All water inside the home is safe to drink! There is also high-speed wifi with range all the way to the end of the private dock.

Serenity Beach House comes with two stand up paddleboards, and snorkel gear for (6) adults and (2) children

Serenity Beach House is located in a quiet area just minutes from West End which is the heart of Roatan. The location is perfect for those that want to be close to the action in West End but also want to have privacy away from the crowds. West Bay is just a short water taxi or taxi away.

Serenity Beach House comes with full concierge service through our local property manager. A private chef and masseuse are available upon request. Boat rental- please book in advance, gas is an additional charge, days trips further afield on request .
