I had to get VRBO involved because I contacted owner at 6am and then at 8 am morning of arrival because we did not have check in info. Guest were leaving at 6am from Or to drive to CA. We did not know if they would even have a place to stay (poss scam). Finally the owner called me and stated it was fault because I did not fill out questions about "snacks and so forth". Very inconsiderate. Not enough space to tell you about this...
