“The hotel is very nice. The food in the restaurant is very good. During our stay approx 80-90% of the guests were cheerleaders for a competition. The bar/restaurant staff would not allow the cheerleaders to use the tables in the restaurant for food they brought in even though there was no one there to use them. “The Max is our go to place in Daytona. We love staying there. The rooms are very spacious, right on the beach. Plenty of seating outside.. my only complaint/suggestion would be to bring your own trash bags. They will only give you two at a time and they are very, very thin and rip very easily. You are better off just buying your own. ”

“Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again . ”

“I was upgraded from 2nd floor room that was facing trash/garbage area right in front of my balcony to sea view. But didn't have kitchen. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly stuff. Breakfast had not much to offer. Overall we had a great time! Booked for another season already. ”
