「Great place to stay.」

「Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.Picnic table was peeling paint, splinters, and unusable.Easy fixes to make this an enjoyable stay. This place just needs a little love.」

「The property was as advertised. Host was readily available if needed. If any issues arose, they were immediately taken care of.」

「THIS WAS THE WORSE STAY OF MY LIFE!! DON’T RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT CLEARED OUT. They WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE!! UNLESS YOU WANT THOUSANDS STOLEN FROM YOU DURING AND AFTER YOUR STAY.」
