"Beautiful place! Very relaxing with a nice size indoor whirlpool and good amenities to enjoy with kids. Outdoor pool and indoor pool where both kept very clean. The only thing that I wish was that they had an outdoor whirlpool. But besides that I wouldn’t change anything about this resort. Our stay here was awesome and I will recommend this place to anyone."

"Staff member who checked us in was outside smoking, and then walked in with us. This gave us a lot of skepticism about our stay. Then we saw more smoking directly outside the door which is not at all welcoming. Parking was limited, but the room was very nice overall. Shower was spacious and water pressure was excellent which helped improve our stay. Bathroom door did not close because of angle the floor was at which was definitely an inconvenience, but wifi speed was incredible. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable but linens were not as clean as we’d have liked. Pillows were lumpy or hard which shouldn’t have been because it is the easiest improvement that would have made a big difference. Breakfast was clean and nicely presented, with lots of options, more than what we expected based on entry of this place. These slight improvements would have made the stay exactly what was needed, but we are thankful for the quiet peaceful sleep we got."

"The only issue was on Sunday morning breakfast ended at 9:30. We were not told that at check in. A few guests were surprised at this. I asked about the waffles and I was told it's 9:36, no more waffles, they are locked. I think on the weekends it should be 10:00."

"We had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Lancaster PA. The staff were absolutely wonderful from the front desk clerks to the room stewards to the baristas at the café. The hotel grounds were well manicured and the property was well kept. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our only complaint was in regards to the pool and hot tub on property. While swimming in the pool, the chemical levels were so high we were having difficulty breathing and had to exit the pool. We reported this to the front desk. The pool was then closed for the remainder of the day. Our eyes continued burning for 2 days afterwards despite wearing goggles in the pool. Would return to stay here again but would be hesitant to swim in the pool again."

"It's a huge place. I guess the regular Holiday Inn is not like the Holiday Inn Express. But check-in was excellent, with a helpful front desk woman. The breakfast was choose your items, and then we'll charge you for a full breakfast or a buffet style breakfast. That was kind of strange, as it felt like the cashier/food replenesher was eyeing us at times, to see which type needed to be charged. Dinner can be had at their restaurant/bar, and the wait staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was fine. Another thing that was a bit weird, was having a view down to floor areas, and to the bar/restaurant. Usually we use the sun shining in a sliver of curtain left open to help wake us up. But that couldn't happen here."
