"The location was great, with easy access to the beach and the added convenience of chairs and umbrellas already set up. However, I do think the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The floors were never cleaned during our stay, which left the room feeling sandy despite our efforts to avoid tracking sand in from the beach. We also found there had been small items that had been left behind by previous guests, which made the room feel less clean. Overall, the location was a major plus, but the standard of cleanliness could definitely be improved."

"This place was just perfect for our large family! Plenty of room for sleeping, hanging out, and playing games. Our family loved the pool (which felt like a resort pool) and the patio was so large. We played table tennis, foos ball, and the big kids and younger ones really enjoyed playing billiards! The dock was great for fishing and sitting and enjoying the water view. Probably the best house we have even rented for our get togethers. We certainly hope to return soon."

"Spektakuläre Lage - besser geht’s nicht, grandiose Hausverwaltung die in der Sekunde reagiert.Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad beim kleinen Schlafzimmer ist so alt und abgenutzt, dass es wirklich nicht mehr schön ist. Der Griller unbenutzbar, das Geschirr teilweise schmutzig in den Schränken."

"This was our second stay at this massive home. We came back down for a tournament at IMG and knew right away we wanted to book this house again instead of trying to find something new. With a full roster of players plus a few parents, the six bedrooms and all those bathrooms make mornings so much easier when everyone's trying to get out the door for early games. They've clearly kept improving the place too. Since our last visit they added a pickleball court and a basketball court, which was a huge hit. The boys got their extra energy out between games and honestly some of the parents got competitive on the pickleball court after the kids went to bed. On top of that, every single bathroom has been completely remodeled and they look fantastic now, really clean and modern. The location is great for IMG, about 15 minutes over and an easy drive. After long days at the fields the boys pretty much went straight to the pool and hot tub, and the cabana with the pool table kept them busy at night so the parents could actually relax. The big island in the kitchen was clutch for team dinners, we fed 20 people no problem. Everything was just as clean and well kept as the first time, and communication with the hosts was easy again. If you've got a team coming in for IMG this is the spot. See you next season."
