「Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only downside was some crazy infestation if flies by the pool area.」

Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.」

「Non smoking room smelled horrible, toilet wouldn't flush and they never came after we called, we ended up plunging it ourselves but it didn't fix the issue and they didn't offer us another room 」

「It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I found the entire facility to be very poorly maintained. There were many people outside their rooms drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes—as well as marijuana—at all hours; honestly, it wasn't a pleasant experience arriving or leaving, especially with my two children. The room itself was clean, in a manner of speaking, but the bathtub had a lot of grime caked onto it, as if it hadn't been washed in ages. I think they should establish clear rules...

「Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. 」

「Loved our stay at the Cottages, intentional and attentive staff, quiet and semi secluded units on a busy island. Rooms were clean, fit the descriptions accurately and had everything we needed. The beach itself makes this the hidden gem. Walking up and down the rest of the beach we began to realize just how special our beach area was. Other beaches were crowded and small, but not Cedar Cove! One other note, our refrigerator was making a grinding noise, we notified management and within an hour...

Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. 」
