「What an AMAZING place to stay. This home is close to everything you could possibly need. This home is beautifully done and easy to rest and enjoy your coffee by the front bay window overlooking the water. Will be staying here again.」

「The room was dirty. It hadn’t been clean at all from the last guest at all. The view was beautiful but the place was a mess」

「Overall the stay was great! The view of the beach was the BEST especially for the price! My only concerns are the structural condition of the building and the cleanliness of the condo. The entire building was very dated and the condo balcony was sketchy so we didn’t feel comfortable sitting out on the balcony which was a bummer considering the view we had one the beach. I don’t think the cleaners mopped the floors of the condo or they did it very poorly. We had to wear our shoes the entire time...

「Wonderful place. Great location. Very comfortable」

「We had a great time the room was perfect for a weekend getaway. The beach is right at the end of parking lot 2 min walk.」

「Unfortunately the place is extremely run down. Photos have been enhanced to make it look nicer than it is. Owner of rental was remotely changing the AC temp even though it wasn’t even super low. Messaged stating it can’t be below a certain temp and that it was listed in the house rules, but when I checked the house rules tab, there was no mention of controls of the AC at certain temps. The bedroom did not ever come close to as cool as the rest of the place. I understand that you are next to a...

「No issues with the room. It was a cozy condo as listed and for the price, it served its purpose. However it's located on the 3rd/4th floor and the elevators were broken. The floors are very bouncy. I wouldn't recommend small children. Still had a small ant issue but we came prepared. Easy fix. Very Close to Texas Aquarium,Lexington museum and beach as indicated. Still had an ant but we came prepared.」

「My family and I had a scary incident. Be sure, be sure to lock your door behind you every time. Even if just to go change clothes out of dryer. We had an intruder follow my son back into our room from the clothes dryer. We had to call 911. He was intoxicated and insisted we were in his room. I could see how it happened. All three buildings are identical and the units are in the same layout. The accommodation was great, the experience was traumatic.」

「We had a great stay at this condo in Corpus Christi! The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with easy access to the beach and all the amenities we needed. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive, which made the stay stress-free. We especially appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the convenience of the location. Overall, it was a great weekend trip, and we would definitely stay...

「I didn’t like the fact the elevators didn’t work!」

「easy access to eats and entertainment , through no fault of the property location , getting back from downtown was a bit annoying due to construction . the only other issue was with the a.c. , occasionally when it came on , strong odor of sewage was detected , other than that we would come again.」

「Host answers pretty quick. The location is perfect and right next to the beach. We had a great time and I would definitely book again.」

「The condo was very clean, cozy, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our check-in process. Not to mention the location was very convenient as you only had to walk about 2 minutes to get to the beach! Definitely looking forward to coming back!」

「The booked room was not what we got when we arrived. The room we reserved was not functioning due to an airconditioning problem and we were put into a room with 2 beds in one room instead of the two bedroom suite we booked. We ended up having to deal with management to get two rooms instead of two adult couples sharing one room. I would not recommend this facility.」

「Property is under construction but the condo was nice. Pool was nice and easy access to the beach. For the pirce it was definitely worth it」

「The condo itself was very pretty and very clean and most of the basic household items that you need but most of the plugs in their condo did not work. Some of the lamps never turned on and we wish we had more blankets. Also, for some reason, it really smelled like cigarettes and the Wi-Fi didn’t work, but after all, I liked that everything was close by and not that far, but I definitely would try to reach out to the person more to help.」
