“Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy.”

“This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!”

“The stay at the house was very pleasant. The host was very friendly. The house is very nice and it is surrounded by a nice garden with a pool. It is a good location to visit the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Gaeta and Itri. Even a day trip to Neapel and the Vesuv region is possible.”

“This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. We even could relax at home for a day. This home allowed us to be flexible, spontaneous, and have control over our schedule. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly.”

“Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.”

“We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. The apartment is 2 stories with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Comfortable enough. Downstairs had the kitchen area and a couch tucked under the stairs. Everything was fine for our……

“Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!”

“Flott lite hus nær stranden. 3 min. å gå. Nydelig hage med både skygge og sol. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vertinne. Rent og pent. Gåavstand til sentrum og restaurant 1 min unna. Noe støy fra hovedinnfartsveien på baksiden av huset. Kan trygt anbefales.”

“Skønt oplevelse. Vi fandt stedet til to overnatninger i sidste øjeblik. Vi var skeptiske men en helt utrolig fornøjelse og stemning. Vi spiste aftensmad på stedet hvilket fald sammen med ejerens fødselsdag. Vi tror vi var de eneste turister på dagen. God mad. Små omgivelser, men fine og rene. Vi ville gerne komme igen til afslapning.”

“È una struttura un po' datata. La posizione è centralissima ma questo comporta difficoltà nel reperire eventuale parcheggio. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla di interessante. Camere abbastanza pulite. Personale estremamente gentile. Carino il ristorante ”

“Arrivati di sera e partiti abbastanza presto quindi purtroppo non goduto del resort. Personale gentile, particolarmente la ragazza a colazione che medio/abbondante era molto buona. ”
