"Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

"Gaining entry was a nightmare. It was impossible to enter without filling in an online form for both of us and the form wouldn’t accept our passport and other details. When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. "Great location near the plaza and many stores/restaurants. Everything works except for in room safe. No electric kettle even though I requested it. Good grocery store and coffee shop only steps away. Located in historic area and building. Big triple room and quiet setting and nice lounge on second floor. AC works well. "This hotel was PERFECT for our honeymoon trip to Siena. It was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to get to the city centre and the train station easily. The pool was a perfect oasis after hot days. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The terrace was a gorgeous place for a night cap at the end of the night. We would definitely stay here again."

"Castiglion del Bosco is truly exquisite, the perfect way to experience Tuscany in luxury while still feeling completely surrounded by nature. The property is impeccable, from the beautiful gardens and grounds to the elegant rooms. Everything feels authentically Italian, refined and incredibly well maintained. The service is exceptional and very personalized. The staff genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. General Manager Nicola Migheli even greeted us personally upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. We also saw him regularly walking the property with his team, and it was clear how hands-on he is with every detail. One thing to know is that getting in and out requires about 40 minutes on a bumpy dirt road. It wasn’t terrible, but worth mentioning if you plan to explore frequently. That said, this is a hotel you don’t need to leave. It’s a beautiful place to slow down, relax and enjoy Tuscany in a truly special setting. We absolutely loved our stay!"
