For shared use: property 8'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (12 x 7 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: table tennis, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Castiglione della Pescaia" 32 km. Nearby attractions: Montepescali 10 km, Grosseto 24 km, Marina di Grosseto 36 km, Siena 68 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
