「Ethan made the stay a very memorable 」

「Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Short walk to the Light Rail station. Easy commute into Manhattan for sightseeing and exploring the city. Mohamed was great to work with and helped us carry some luggage in when we arrived. The garage parking spot was great to park our car and not worry about it for a few days.」

「Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! I rented this spot because of the square footage, I’m traveling with 5 kids so a little extra space is nice. The apartment was clean, easily...

"房間隔音不好，常常可以聽到隔壁房間的聲音，停車很不方便，也很不友善，每次要取車都要等30分鐘以上，房間也沒有很乾淨"

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
