New and clean. Perfect for our needs. Great beds fully stocked kitchen utensils, flatware, and silverware. Heat and cooling control by room. Right across from the church we were attending. Within walking distance to the university and 1 turn to the airport.

Great stay in Rochester

My daughter & I stayed at the Modern 2BR townhouse. We found it to be centrally located & convenient to both the city itself but also to RIT and the surrounding area where my daughter is in school. The place is quite clean & had everything we needed including coffee with creamers ready to go! We'd stay here again.

Short Stay

Went up to visit my daughter who attends RIT with my husband and my son. It was close to RIT and the unit is new and has A/C. Fully equipped kitchen (although we did not use it much). I would definitely stay again in the future.

Very clean and convenient place to stay for moving my son into school. We had some confusion at check in (the map sent us to a door where someone else was staying). When we called they were able to figure out they had given us the wrong unit and key code. Luckily the neighbor was friendly!Also has to ask for the WiFi passcode.Other than that it was great
