This condo is immaculately clean. It is spacious and airy. It is convenient to everything downtown. The owner was very proactive in communicating, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was responsive.

THE APARTMENT ITSELF WAS SPOTLESS. i WOULD SAY THE CLEANEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! THE DIRECTIONS TO PARK AND TO GET INTO THE APARTMENT WERE CONCISE. AS ADVERTISED THE CONVENTION CENTER AND ARENA ARE LESS THAN A 5 MIN. WALK. I DID NOT LIKE THAT THERE IS NO WINDOWS OR TELEVISION IN THE BEDROOM.THERE IS A PARK WITH MANY HOMELESS PEOPLE ON THE CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. THE OWNER DID STATE THAT PRIOR TO ME RENTING THAT I DID APPRECIATE. PARKING IN THE RAMP RIGHT NEXT DOOR WAS CONVIENENT.

The property was very clean and the host left clear instructions on how to access the building and garage. Definitely love to stay. Staying here again when I’m in Rochester.

Perfect location for easy access to the convention center

The apartment was even nicer and cozier than the pictures. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the spacious kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The location was ideal for easy access to the convention center which was a short walk away. The directions provided by the property manager were thorough and greatly helped navigating the check-in process and parking location which was conveniently located in the garage directly across the street from the apartment building front door.
