"Property is a tad steep so be in good physical condition to prevent injury. There are maps located throughout property, but straight forward top of hill reception and goes down to the restaurant and beach bar. Location is perfect central location on the that side of the island 10 min ride if that to many spots like Ark Bar and Central Samui. Staff is top notch and there to help.I booked unit with smoking patio and plunge pool, def advise to do the same in the hot months."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Casa De Mar. I wanted to be near Chaweng for the weekend but not right in town and Casa De Mar was perfect for this. I was close enough to walk into town or get the public transport for about 100/200 baht. The room was very nice and very clean, the pool was amazing and breakfast was very nice and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating. I think for a budget accommodation this is probably the best one I have stayed at in Koh Samui"
