「Wir waren absolut zufrieden, dass personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Chefin hat uns am Ende sogar zum Flughafen gefahren. Das Frühstück gab’s im Restaurant am Strand und war vielfältig und lecker. 」

The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!」

「Excellent stay and would return. Staff were so helpful providing tips and suggestions to make our stay better. Pool was beautiful; on site restaurant food was great as well as pool-side service. The view out to the ocean from the restaurant was magical. The Pandora Cafe, 7-11, and ATMs across the street were so good and convenient. Rooms were spacious and really appreciated the availability of filtered water.」

「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't...

「The villa is very big. The staff is nice and kind, always eager to help. But I think this place needs some maintenance or maybe even renovation. During our stay, 2 of our bedroom's toilets were clogged and were never repaired since. The situation got even worse on the last night, the septic tank water reversely flooded onto our yard causing the stinky smell all over our yard and pool. The breakfast is another part that should get a 1 star. We stayed there for 5 straight nights, and every morning...
