“Hotel was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and very helpful”

“Don't stay here, period. Well, unless you normally sleep on the street, in which case this is *maybe* an upgrade. Horribly dirty - dirty floors, dirty sheets, dirty broken shower... The supposedly non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. There were bugs everywhere, and a gross dirty fly trap hanging in one of the rooms. It's unconscionable that this place stays in business, and that Expedia supports them. There's no discounted rate that would make this place worth staying at. Just find somewhere……

“Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and well light. Shower pressure was above average but shower head level was low. Personally, the bar closed too early, 10 PM. I would have preferred 11, but I understand as there were only a handful of patrons there after 9 PM.”

“The Schenectady county fair was being held right outside the hotel. It was a disaster to get into the hotel parking lot because of road closures for the fair. The music was extremely loud in the rooms until 10:30 PM. Toms of people just lingering, smoking pot in the parking lot and entrance, The hosts were great, the rooms and grounds were clean but very old and worn. The breakfast ladies were phenomenally friendly and helpful. It should have been shared with guests that the fair would……
