Most beautiful view to a great beach

Lots of room for our family to all stretch out and have our weekend of Christmas fun views are amazing. Bedrooms could have been cleaner. But overall a nice home. We had a little issue with with a roof leak but they did their best to remedy it as quickly as needed.

Fantastic getaway in Rockaway!

The house was fantastic. Well equipped to cook dinners for the family. A short walk down a sandy path to the beach just off the back patio. The pool table was nice to have for after the kids went to bed. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Totally enjoyable weekend and house

The house perfectly accommodated beds for all; grandparents took lower level with their own bathroom, others on main level. Very clean. A spectacular ocean view and private path to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the waves in the distance. Good seating, in dining and open space living room. A couple kitchen repairs will be addressed with management. (Stovetop burner, ice dispenser) Hope to stay there again.

Lovely spot for family gathering

This house very comfortably housed five adults and had great living spaces for spending time together. The ocean views were beautiful and the beach was truly just out the back door! There were many shops and restaurants within a short drive. The only issue we had was that the stovetop didnt work well. One burner didnt work at all, one burner barely turned on, and the other two took awhile to warm up and then didnt control temperature well. We had read a review that there had been issues with the atove before, however it had been fixed. It wasn't fixed. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Great! Not so great.

Amazing home great view nice furniture. Great access to the ocean! Freezer did not freeze. We put ice cubes as soon as we got there for cocktails and wasn’t solid after three days! Only one showerhead worked and that was in the master bedroom so we had our four boys using our bathroom the whole time during our vacation privacy as Parents wasn’t enjoyable. Also, the sliding glass door that has access to the beach was kind of tricky to close. Minutes away from town cool little shops great food great people just go with a respectable attitude and your fine anywhere.

This house is a 10 out of 10 for me and my family!Well stocked kitchen, great pool table, beach access and very thoughtfully stocked to make your stay enjoyable.I highly recommend this house for anyone who wants an awesome stay in Rockaway Beach!

It is a nice home but the cleaning folks need to learn how to do their job. Cob webs hanging up stairs and down. mirrors not cleaned floor needs to be vacumed completely. When paying top dollar to rent a vacation home the last worry so be is it clean. One of the homes left, right,or it has a sewer problem the smell is horid.

Beautiful home…wonderful family trip.

Lots of cooking and family meals in the beautiful kitchen with fantastic views of our backyard ocean. Hiking, golf, and bonfires on the beach at night. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Beach mini vacay

Great location, right on the beach! House was a great layout for us, plenty of room to spread out for our family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked which was great because we could eat out anyway. Really enjoyed this house and location ( so quiet!). I’m looking forward to staying here again!
