「We truly enjoyed our stay, especially its proximity to New York City. The private drive way was a bonus. Central air maintained a marvelous temperature throughout our stay with the hot temperatures in August.The condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay at this location on our next visit to New York City.」

「Roberto was very responsive and kind. The location is perfect. The living area is very very spacious — tons of room with giant couches - perfect for our group of girls to hang out after exploring the city. Great food within walking distance. 」

「We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was immaculate and well-stocked. Matt was a great host, and the condo was conveniently located near a great restaurant on the Hudson. 」

「Nice place, AC was a huge plus. Nice beds, parking was pretty easy. Neighbors weren't super impressed as they didnt know this unit was a rental and didnt like the foot traffic which should be addressed. 」

「Great place and very roomy. Very clean with nice furniture and beds were in good condition. Great A/C and roof top deck was awesome. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. 」

「Communication was amazing! Responds immediately. Nicely located. The surroundings are beautiful. Very comfortable apartment. Perfect for 3 to 4 guests. It is well equipped for what you need to stay. Even the bathroom lighting was nice. Parking was easy and steps away from the apartment. Nicely decorated. 」
