「Great hotel - peaceful. Good service 」

「The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.」

「Our stay here was one of the best hotel stays ever. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay....

「This hotel was real quality. Even though it is a big hotel we heard no noise from other guests. The food was excellent and the location beautiful overlooking the marina. There was some road noise but as I live on a busy road in the UK it did not bother me. Overall I would like to come back again next year and would recommend it to friends 」

「Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Besonders positiv: Feedback wurde aktiv eingeholt und dankend angenommen – so etwas erlebt man nicht oft, TOP! Die Lage des Hotels ist super: Mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, sodass ein Mietwagen nicht nötig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Imbisse und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, und die Innenstadt sowie der Hafen sind...
