“This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and……

“The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. “We truly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was comfortable, everything working as expected, well stocked with supplies (paper towel, laundry/dishwashing pods) and parking was easy. Check in check out was easy. Area is great, there is a Harris Teeter and 2 good restaurants (Crafty Burger and Cool Fish) a short walk away. We also walked out to a store that rented E-bikes and took a scenic ride through the town of Davidson and the greenway. ”
