Two queen master bedrooms with private baths anchor each of the two levels, a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom (with hideaway trundle bed) share the mid-level hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV and the queen bedrooms each have slider access to a deck. Escape to the sumptuous hot tub on the mid-level deck with privacy lattice and steps for easy access.
The top level great room accommodates the group with ample seating around the flat screen TV with DVD player. Multiple family members can contribute to meal prep and clean-up in the open-layout kitchen with lots of counterspace. The 10-person dining table includes the entire group in dinner conversation. Venture out to the furnished screened porch for evening drinks or morning coffee.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
