It would probably be best to book at least two nights in advance due to this. The host was understanding however, and we managed to sort things after contacting the booking platform’s customer line. "Have to say that I am very disappointed with my stay. Checkout is 12. At 11 I went downstairs. 11 10 back to my room I go. Only to find my key card had been deactivated. Then have to go down to reception to get it reactivated. At 11.45 we were packed and exited the room. When I remembered I had left an item in the room. Went to go back in and yet again the key card had been deactivated. It wasn't even 12. So I was very very unhappy"
