「This is the most charming cottage. John and Arthur have thoughtfully created a comfortable and tranquil space. Yet, it is close to many fun restaurants, shopping and even breweries. Park Street in Alameda has it all. Easy into San Francisco on the ferry or a short car ride. If you’re lucky to have a chat with the hosts they are as charming and fascinating as the home they have curated. 」

「Perfect location at south end of town. Quiet, near specialty grocery store.」

「I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. 」

「We are a three generation family ages ranging from 82 to 10 years. Besides excellent housing amenities, the games were a big hit. The property is in a beautiful location. Close to town but on the edge of country. Perfect for small or larger number of guess. Relax by one of 2 fire pits, or barbeque at the gazebo with the whole gang. What a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of California. 」

「Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!」

「Sara was a great communicator and was a great host for 8 of us! The place is very clean and has great decorations that make it a great place to stay. There was a problem with the toilet but she got back to us right away and told us it was just slow. She said she was fixing it right after our stay. Would love to stay here again!」
