“Location was ok”

“Lauren’s Crib was a cute and cozy studio. The room was complete with a TV, microwave, AC, Wi-Fi and fan. The host was also wonderful with communication and provided clear and timely check in instructions. The area itself seemed quite safe. There were security guards who let us in. “I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property.
