「Amazing views at this Cozy beach house. Great location and walking distance to the beach, general store & Cafe. Our Host Fay answered all our questions promptly, the house was completely stocked for our stay and very comfortable. We definitely would go back, Dillon beach is perfect for a weekend getaway with our dog」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was convenient. I highly recommend kayaking on the Russian River. We had a fantastic tour guide and there were very few people around so we got to enjoy the wildlife. Being from Wisconsin, we have always poked fun at the California Happy Cow commercials. It turns out that the cows in Sonoma County do appear happy. I can't yet vouch for the rest of your beautiful state.」

「Our stay was fantastic! The cabin was everything we needed for a few days; cozy, and quiet. The outdoor spaces were great and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. The host was super helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately. 」

「We really loved our stay at the Lookout. The house was inviting, comfortable and very well appointed. My only suggestions for improvement are screen door needed on the sliders to the deck to keep bugs and most importantly yellow jackets out of the house. Additionally, one or two yellow jacket traps on/near the deck would help as well. Otherwise we loved it and would totally stay here again.」

「Went for an anniversary trip - the place was very accommodating and eclectic. Would have been nice to have instructions for the wall air conditioners and sauna, but we finally figured it out. The location was good - walking around Monte Rio and so close to Guernville, the ocean and the river! The Amenities were great - washer/dryer, dish washer, the decks. Very comfy」
